By jeep for approx. 5 hours above 2700 mts height, we'll drive uphill along an adventurous route over rock and sticks, and through numerous steep turns until we reach the village of Los Nevados. Only experienced-four wheel drivers go along this road without problems. Overnight stay in a guesthouse of this idyllic colonial village. Several beds are arranged in these easy rooms. The hosts offer typical andean meals.

Day 3
After approx. 5 hours downhill through the cloud forest, we'll reach the Valley of Mucunután where a car will be waiting for us to return to Mérida.
