Galipan
Galipan, a small village, a very safe place to stay, located between
1600 and 2000 meters in Avila National Park, above Caracas,
surrounded by rainforest, with a beautiful view over the caribbean
coast of Caracas.
A beautiful place from which you can explore the Avila National Park
and Caracas. Attainable from the coast side (Airport) by 4x4 cars
only in aprox 45 minutes, from Caracas in aprox 20 minutes by 4x4,
or by cable car as well.

Accommodation on Los Roques
In Los Roques there is a variety of posadas in different categories,
most with half-board, as you visit the islands by boat during the
day. We do not recommend room only with breakfast because the
supermarket on Los Roques is relatively expensive and there are no
cooking facilities in the rooms.
As an alternative you also have the option of camping. In short, you
can rent tents with us, but you have to carry them in your luggage
from Caracas to Los Roques and back.
