With these two sightseeing tours we visit the east of the country. Of course we could have had included the Andeans and the Los Llanos. Then we would see very much of the country but we would only scratch on the surface. So we decided to choose the east for the small period of time at your disposal.

On the one hand the Delta with its Warao Indians, partially still living as they did in the times of Columbus and Humboldt.
On the other hand the region of the Gran Sabana with its Canaima National Park (fifth biggest on earth) – unique in the world.
In our opinion you have to see these two regions in every case if you travel to Venezuela. The Andeans with their Inca-Culture are very beautiful in Peru, too.
